With the increasing of car ownership, more and more children travel by car, but the seats and safety devices in the car are not suitable for children's body size. In China, a large number of child passengers die in traffic accidents every year, most often in the form of frontal collision, mainly due to the low utilization rate and misuse of child safety seats. The child safety seat itself is overweight and the binding path of the safety belt is not clear and inappropriate, which makes the equipping rate of the child safety seat in the car very low, and the protection effect is very poor. In this paper, the structure optimization and seat belt path optimization of the raised seat are carried out, the purpose is to make the raised seat lightweight, improve the use of convenience and energy efficiency, and study to obtain the best design method of seat belt constraint path, improve the safety of child occupants in the collision.
